Jayne Stephenson

Jayne is the friendly face behind much of what we do and has been a Director and co-owner of the business alongside her husband, Paul, for the past 13 years. Together, they've built a company that puts honesty, exceptional service, and long-term customer relationships at the heart of everything.

Before joining the vehicle brokerage and leasing industry, Jayne spent an incredible 34 years in the catering industry, where she developed a passion for looking after people and delivering outstanding customer service. During her career, she was recognised with the prestigious Engagement Manager of the Year and Manager of the Year awards - an outstanding achievement in a company employing more than 30,000 people across the UK.

Leading teams of over 100 people for many years taught Jayne the value of teamwork, communication, and creating a positive experience for both customers and colleagues. Those same values continue to shape the way she works today.

Although she changed careers, the automotive industry has always been part of Jayne's life. Her family has owned and operated a successful Ford sales and service dealership in Lincolnshire for more than 70 years, giving her a lifelong connection to the motor trade and a genuine passion for helping people find the right vehicle.

Whether she's supporting customers, working with manufacturers and funders, or helping the team behind the scenes, Jayne is dedicated to making every customer's experience as smooth, straightforward, and enjoyable as possible.
